This Mandir is managed by Utkal Sanskrutika Parishad, Burnpur, West Bengal (Regd.) under the Certificate of Society of Registration of Societies, West Bengal in the year 1979.

The objectives of the Society are as follows :-
• To work for development of social, culture and educational advancement of the members and of the general public.
• To undertake activities for the persons who are less privileged and deprived section of the society
• To organize different cultural functions/event for promotion of arts and culture of Odisha at Burnpur, Asansol, West Bengal.
• To organize health check-up camps, blood donation camps and good health awareness camps etc.
• To organize various workshops for promotion of culture and competition among children for building good moral character and spiritual development.
• To run and govern the organization for the benefits of Odia and Non-resident Odia people living in and around Asansol area.
• To conduct daily worships and other rituals of the deities according to the age old Odia culture, rites, practices and as per Jagannath Sanskriti.
• To conduct traditional odia festivals following the Utkaliya Parampara.
• To conduct religious, cultural, philanthropic and charitable activities to promote and propagate the rich traditional odia heritage among the local society.
